Organic Millet

Organic Millet is a naturally gluten-free grain with a mild, slightly sweet flavour.

Enjoy it cooked as a warm breakfast cereal, fluffy side dish, or in soups and salads.

It can also be freshly milled into flour for baking.

Please note: While millet itself does not contain gluten, it is milled in the same facility as wheat products and therefore cannot be sold or labelled as gluten-free.
